Orders placed before 1pm each working day will be delivered the following working day to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. Orders placed after 1pm each working day will be delivered within 2 working days from time of order to all major metro areas and capital cities in Australia. Orders to areas excluded from above policy will be delivered according to AusPost delivery routes – available here – and generally within 2-5 days Orders placed on the weekends will be handled along with all orders placed up until Monday, 1pm, and will be delivered by Tuesday, if you are located in a next business day delivery zone (all capital cities and major metro areas)

Once you have ordered your product online, we know you will want it in a hurry so we’ve teamed up with Australia Post Express Post Service to offer next business day delivery for all Australian capital cities and major metro areas. For those regional, rural and more remote customers we will pull out all stops to get it to you as quickly as possible. Returns & Exchanges for Online Orders
Returns and exchanges for online orders will be happily accepted where the product has not been worn, altered, washed & is with original packaging. The product must also have all original tags attached. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer change of mind refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed. If an item purchased is faulty, not of merchantable quality - meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when it was purchased, bearing in mind how the item was described to you prior to purchase and also the item price - or , unfit for purpose - meaning that the item doesn’t do what you reasonably expected it would - we will accept returns or exchanges within a reasonable time frame. For change of mind, you can return or exchange merchandise to any of our stores within 14 days of the date of your online purchase. Just bring in your receipt and details of the payment type you used when you ordered. For change of mind you can also return or exchange merchandise to our online store within 14 days of purchase. Simply fill in the required details on your order receipt form, securely pack the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box, and send back (at your cost) to the following address
